1. What Eliozz provides
Eliozz is an iOS app for recording, organising, importing, and playing family story audio. The website explains the product, while NFC links try to open the app or show installation guidance.
2. Eligibility and family content
You must have the right to record, import, share, and play the voices, images, and other content you use. A parent or guardian should manage use involving children and follow applicable privacy and recording-consent rules.
3. Local data and your backups
App content and NFC bindings are primarily stored on the device. You are responsible for protecting it, keeping a restorable backup, and exporting important content before deleting the app, changing devices, or erasing a device. Eliozz cannot recover local recordings from a content server.
4. NFC cards and copied links
A card can bind to only one audio version on the current device at a time. A copied valid link may cause the same opening behaviour; the current version does not promise to authenticate a physical card. Do not use an Eliozz link as identity proof, a security credential, or an emergency service.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the app or site to infringe copyright, privacy, or other rights.
- Do not disrupt, misuse, or seek unauthorised access to the site, Universal Links, or related infrastructure.
- Do not use Eliozz for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.
6. Intellectual property
The Eliozz name, icon, website design, and software belong to their respective owner. You retain rights in content you lawfully record or import. These terms do not transfer your family content to Eliozz.
7. App Store and third-party services
Apple App Store provides downloads and updates, which are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms. Share destinations, storage providers, and system backups you choose are third-party services.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app and pages available, but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free operation or support on every device. Features, compatibility, and page content may change with updates.
9. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, Eliozz is provided as is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. Liability for indirect loss arising from missing backups, device failure, third-party services, copied NFC links, or events outside reasonable control is limited where the law permits. Non-excludable consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Changes to these terms
Updates will be published here with a revised date. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the new terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
